"I've always wanted to go Scuba Diving, but I just never have." Is this you? Well, now is the time to enroll in the PADI Open Water Diver Course at Scuba Utah. You will complete the Scuba Utah Open Water Diver Course in just two weeks. We conduct the confined water and classroom portion of the course over two weeks, just two nights per week. Or you can complete this portion of the course on a Saturday and Sunday. Our comfortable classroom and onsite pool makes the experience convenient and enjoyable. We then go to the Homestead Resort in Midway for two days of Open Water Diving. This completes your Open Water Scuba Diver Course.

You may be thinking "I'm not a very good swimmer." Not to worry. Scuba Diving simply requires very basic waterskills, because you are really not swimming, you are DIVING! You do need to be 10 years of age at the beginning of the course. There is a general medical questionnaire that each student will fill out. Some students may require a medical evaluation by a physician before they can begin class.
All students will complete bookwork and watch the PADI videos prior to class. If you are VERY apprehensive, we can do a SCUBA DISCOVERY. This is a great way to see if Scuba is right for you.
