$699 Semi-Private Open Water Class
$899 Private Open Water Class
We require a deposit of $235 at sign-up to receive the e-learn homework and reserve a spot in a class with the remaining balance due on the first night of class.
Price Includes:
Classroom, pool and open water instruction, prerequisite PADI e-learning, lifetime PADI certification e-card, and scuba rental equipment for pool and open water dives (tank, weights, regulator, and BCD).
PADI recommends planning 12-15 hours to complete the e-Learning portion.
This must be completed in full prior to the first night of in-person class.
Not Included:
- Personal gear: (Mask, Snorkel, Boots, Fins.) Call or come in for more information and pricing. Read more about the importance of proper equipment HERE.
- Crater entrance fee: $30/diver/day (We will go up twice, $60/diver)
Class/Pool:
- One Week Class- Monday/Wednesday/Friday evenings from 6-10 pm. Open
Water Dives (at the Crater) over Saturday/Sunday.
- Two Week Class- Tuesday/Thursday the first week, Thursday the second
week from 6-10 pm. Open Water Dives (at the Crater) over Friday/Saturday
- Weekend Class- Friday from 6-10pm and Saturday from 8am-5pm. Open
Water Dives (at the Crater) the next available weekend.
Checkout Dives:
Four open water checkout dives are completed over a two day period (two dives a day).
These dives are done at the Homestead Crater in Midway, Utah. See directions to Homestead Crater below!
Pre-requisites: Basic swimming/snorkeling skills

Checklist
Following is a checklist of what you will need to do before starting your first class.

Call or come into the store to get the PADI e-Learning materials and required paperwork.

Complete PADI eLearning before coming to class.

Review the PADI Divers Medical Questionnaire and Medical Statement. Complete the third page if necessary; Depending on your medical history, you may need a physician's approval to dive.

Understand your class schedule: Pool sessions and Open Water dates and times.

Purchase any personal equipment needed before class.

Show up early with your swimsuit and towel!
Cancellation Policy
Need to change your class to a different schedule?
If you are not able to attend a class please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If less than 48 hours notice is given a $100 transfer fee will be applied. No refunds once class has started.
